Beauty is ecclectic, inclusive, generous, expansive, infectious.... ***

All parts of us are beautiful and mysterious and can and should be celebrated!

Sex is at the heart of our deepest experience and images and representations of it have an important role to play in freeing us, bringing us closer to our fundamental lives as animals, closer to joy and intimacy with the world and ourselves.

I post many images of women where I am politically and humanly opposed to the representation but I am so captivated by the particular beauty of her (the body and person who inhabits and shines through it) that I post it as a way to keep it for myself while sharing it, too, as beauty is a living, incorruptible thing that wants to be free, and I hope that it will carry the day and haunt our dreams and the medium that brought it to us will blow away like chains of sand.

Some images make me horny despite knowing they ideally should not. By collecting them I can spot patterns which allow me to recognize the internalized power structures and start to deconstruct them.

Some of what I post is meant as commentary, and my aim is for the context to inform the image, or for the post to inform what is around it. Black humor, sardonic, ironic, biting, whimsical . . .

I want to thank all the people who think in images and contribute to the big conversation even if the images are not theirs. Big giant huge thanks to every person who posts their own images to become food for thought in this crazy digester called the internet.
